This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Immozen (the “Application”), developed by DevArch Digital (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as-is.

• Device model and OS version
• Usage statistics (e.g., screens visited, session duration)
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics
• In-app chat messages: Messages exchanged between users may be stored temporarily for delivery and moderation purposes. These are never shared for marketing or profiling.

We do not collect data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your data.

2. Permissions and Their Use

We request access to certain features of your device, only to support specific app functionality:

• Camera: To let users take and upload profile or chat photos
• Microphone: To send voice notes in chat
• Photo Library: To upload images in messages
• Video Library: To let users select and upload videos from their device for chat messages or task-related updates.
• Location (Approximate): To show nearby contacts or events
• Notifications: To notify users about message activity, login alerts, and chat updates
• Chat: To enable users to communicate with service providers or support within the app

You can disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. User-Provided Data

You may choose to provide personal data such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (e.g., +253 12345678)
• Information entered in chat or forms

This data is used only to:

• Authenticate and secure your account
• Enable core app features like chat
• Support user interactions

Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use services like Firebase or Sentry to monitor app performance and resolve issues. These tools may collect anonymized diagnostic data, but do not collect or link personal information.

5. Login and Authentication

Users can log in using:

• Google Sign-In
• Phone number with country code (default: +253), followed by a 4-digit verification code (e.g., 0000)

This login information is used only for session validation and is not retained after authentication.

6. Your Choices

You can:

• Disable permissions via device settings
• Uninstall the app to stop data collection
• Request data deletion at any time
